Savannah Massage Treatment Cancellation Policy

Savannah Massage Therapy & Wellness Clinic understands and respects the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved, or accommodations may be made. Please understand that operating hours are limited, and therapists are often booked in advance.

There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance.

If a client must cancel with less than 24 hour notice, the full amount of the session will be charged. *The card on file will be charged the next business day.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as appointments missed without prior cancellation (“no-shows”), will incur a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service.

WE require payment before next booked appts or future appts will be cancelled PLEASE NOTE If you’d like to switch your treatment to a lower-priced service with less than 24 hours’ notice, the original reserved service fee will still apply.
